PTAs already making it happen

Challenge: Collecting the annual fee by hand: transfers, instant payments and envelopes of cash that the treasurer cross-checked with a spreadsheet. Every October, weeks of chasing payments.

Solution: SEPA direct debit of the fee per family with automatic reminders. Register migrated from a spreadsheet in 2 days.

Challenge: After-school and trip sign-ups on paper: circulars that never came back signed, waiting lists by hand and cash collected at the school gate.

Solution: Online sign-up with place control and waiting list, payment at the moment of signing up and authorisations digitally signed by guardians.

Challenge: No consolidated view of the member PTAs: each with its own spreadsheets, accounts impossible to compare and new boards every year calling for help to start from scratch.

Solution: Multi-PTA management with consolidated reports, uniform accounting and a training programme for incoming boards.
